Granted via immortality. To parry, block right before a human takes a swing with their sword/hatchet/club. But now, I cant block NOR parry ANY of his attacks. I just started the Blood and Stone expansion. you are not supposed to block or parry his strong attacks but roll for your life - i mean the mean strong attacks where he phases mid air and jumps on you with his blade

I can remember dam well in my first run of the dlc that you can practically block most attacks and parry the red attack.I'm pretty sure if you're at recommended lvl, you can't parry or block any of his attacks. And I'm level 35, with superior feline everything.

Catch: his heart is turned to stone causing him to become immortal. My first run i defeated him by parrying his attacks. However, Gaunter is basically Satan. Olgierd is a criminal scum. Am i wrong?

I jsut ran into this problem on my replay of HoS. Use the Witcher senses to examine the wall behind it and you will find the riddle solution. You have to turn it off before you start that whole sequence. Most third person games are better with a controller, personally. Why the hell is it impossible to parry Olgierd's attacks now?
