Gross.First stay in some time. No valet which kind of stinks when you are arriving late and the lot is full. I've been here a half dozen times or so and every trip has been fine.

Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Metropolis got the job done, my friends.The staff is so nice from the front desk, the table dealers, to the restaurant staff everyone one was so accommodating!Very dissatisfied in the hotel and in the casino. With so few tables the minimums are kind of so-so, I was there on a Sunday and it was $10 a hand for blackjack, which again makes me kind of sad. There are a lot of slot machines (my speed) and some table games. This review is for the hotel. You would think with what they make in the casino and at the bar that they could include internet with the price of the room. The bar staff always treats us great and really work hard. They didn't seemed bothered by it at all. It seemed like enough machines to easily handle a busy weekend as well. VERY POOR performance from a Harrahs casino! The rooms are spacious, clean, and updated.
