One will not only experience a sudden change in oneself but others will also feel the change, who will be affected by it whenever they come in contact with the person.As long as one is in a state of soul consciousness, one remains awakened.i was awakened in 6th grade and awoke someone with out realizing it and 4 years later till today im only realizing im awake why?The requirement of sleep is less than normal for some people and it doesn't affect adversely their day-to-day life.
