Depending on where you park you can access the beach from across the PCH by walking through a dank yellow-lit tunnel that smells like weed and piss, so basically like Downtown. Parking at the lot is $9, which is a bit much, but it's worth getting away from the crowd and enjoying a nice clean beach. Very technical, calm and so fun.

The weather is always great, the beach is always clean, and it's a great place to bring the kids and family .This is one the farthest end of the Santa Monica beaches on PCH. Will Rogers State Beach was also donated by Betty from family-owned land.
it's really clean, a lot less crowded than the Santa . There are a couple Cafes along the beach that are open Saturday and Sundays but the most part closed all week unless it's during the summer months. One of the best surfing coaches hands down. Ten thousand mourners filled the Hollywood Bowl to honor him, including virtually every movie star and studio executive in Hollywood. Very limited parking is now available to the public. They have extra rods and food available. Includes nearby RV parks and campgrounds.
No transactions at entrance station. If you are looking to go during the week there are absolutely no crowds but the weekends get pretty busy.

Camping Near Will Rogers State Beach - Malibu Creek State Park, Leo Carrillo State Park, Point Mugu State Park, Fees, facilities, reservations. It's huge and it covers most of the Pacific Palisades and Malibu.
Not rocky at all. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Will Rogers Beach. Much less homeless folks around Will Rogers too. Parking costs $9 flat. My son just turned 4 years old. Not particularly scenic, but clean bathrooms and lots of parking.My first time here I didn't know you had to pay $12 dollars to park there so we turned around and had to park five minutes walking distance.
