The trail head is about a mile past the circle X Ranch on the left side of Yerba Buena road (if you're coming from PCH). He is very professional and patient with his clients. Keep right at the junction at 0.3 miles and in another tenth of a mile that incline section will be over. Anyone calling this an "EASY" hike is hardcore AF. This may be a dog friendly-ish trail, but I recommend careful consideration before committing.
