This place is boring, the service is slow, and its expensive.
I really just wanted the lobster but was told that they didn't do it that way.

I will go to shoreline in Belleville , they treat me right .This place is pretty good, however they are too small and very busy. Overall you can gamble get drinks & food so it's fun but be careful with the drinks my husband had 3 beers & I had three vodkas and each on our third one in about and hour and half times & the bar tender said we had to wait an hour that they don't let people drink too much. Cheap, cheap, cheap. It looks bright, shiny and new.
The management there is really nasty and are liars.
These people know how to market themselves. They served you 2 tails, a large portion of prime rib, baked potato, and veggies. After wandering through swarms of seniors, I found an empty slot machine. (Don't worry, I can afford it and look forward to having some fun while giving to charity.) On our last visit we decided to est in the restaurant. My table companion felt his roast beef was overdone but I felt my medium rare was just fine.

The staff is really friendly and overall care for your comfort.This casino is now called, Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands. What sets this casino apart from a casino in the States, is the profits are returned to the providence of Ontario to continue to support and enhance the community. No idea about food or drink though.
So I guess overall, 3 stars.What the heck happened to being nice to the customer , I was playing roulette with my wife and the dealer was a male , nice guy I think it was greg , so than they change to susan the new dealer , my wife asked if I can put her $5.00 chips on number 14 and I said sure , she could not reach it , susan said , YOU CANT PLAY HER CHIPS she was so loud and not pleasant , so I said im sorry she cant reach that number , THATS TOO BAD , what..... be nice Susan , she just would not stop and so we left pissed , get some customer service SUSAN , be nice , we are there to have fun , please shoreline retrain her .

I went to the bar and waited 10 minutes before the bartender looked up from his newspaper. $20 lasted me 15 minutes. They also offer free rooms at the table,if you are a high baller and staying all night.I like the ambiance here. Definitely worth a try. What you save on food you spend on the slot machines while you wait for your name to called for your table.

They do offer free coffee, tea, soft drinks and water which is self-serve to keep you refreshed while you wait. Fortunately for me there were 2 ladies that ordered just the prime rib and you guessed it, it came exactly as my meal did they had to have everything as well.
I won't be coming back, that for sure.Went yesterday for the Prime Rib and Lobster Tail dinner special for members which is all you can eat for $9.99.
Barely deserves a star. It reminded me of coloured oil with some flavour added to it. The gaming space is cramped & tight. No explanation or reason, just getting 5, that's the limit. This place is busy and the staff barely had time to breathe between orders. The issue is respect for the people who are paying big bucks for a service they are not getting.The OLG invites you for a mini vacation, as you drive the 401 near Kingston.
I really don't know what the attraction is. Parking is ample, a good coat check area and the ambiance is nice and relaxed.
