The chicken was crispy and the orange pieces just add to the texture and taste. I had a friend who has been to hotpot city for 10 times since it's opened. The brisket and the Wagshal chopped brisket was mouth watering! We tried a lot of things on the menu so we could get a feel for the fare. It wasn't too crowded I take it from 'rona. It deserves all the hype - coming up on its one year anniversary. We were blown AWAY by the food at this place. The combination of mediocre service + skimpy, uninspired, and "pretty good" food really didnt work for me.This is a must try!
