The pool area is very small, gets dirty really fast, and is CROWDED. And in the process, they damaged the wall, failed to repair it, and ultimately used my vacuum to clean the drywall from the floor. I was told that they were going to have someone come after hours to "check for wristbands" when they started this whole thing and I haven't seen that happen once.
You wouldn't want somebody calling you at 2 AM. And that's where things went from good to ok to bad and worse. Without fail, they always call me first. Period. My heat, hot water, and electricity would go out when there wasn't a cloud in the sky and 0 wind - so if there was a thunderstorm, you'd definitely be whipping out the candles.
